Health Protection

We offer you support in avoiding health problems related to work in the broadest sense. In addition to the classic occupational diseases, the so-called occupationally associated diseases are the focus here. The latter include, for example, health disorders which result from psycho-mental stress and have become an increasing problem in the world of work in recent years.

In order to achieve this goal, we use a wide variety of diagnostic tools such as ...

• Workplace inspections to assess workplace-related health risk factors
• Checking compliance with the relevant legal and company-internal provisions (e.g. labor law, ordinance on the prevention of accidents and occupational diseases, maternity protection ordinance, etc.)
• Judgment on structural changes and innovations regarding workplace design
• Carrying out aptitude and preventive medical check-ups (e.g. SUVA: preventive medical check-up "Chemical work", SECO: medical check-up for night and shift workers, etc.)
• Investigating and advising employees with problems at work
• Clarification of occupational diseases and initiation of specific treatment in collaboration with SUVA's Occupational Medicine Department

Based on the results, the next step is individual advice for management and/or supervisors, as well as support for the implementation of any measures.
